"Very clean. Common area was air conditioned but it was hard to meet other people (confined). Bed in dorms was nice, with privacy curtain, small storage underneath (larger backpacks did not fit so they were in the way in the hallway). Also a cubby with key for storing away small valuables. Some people were noisy at night (talking constantly while other people were trying to sleep). Top bunk bed had convenient stairs to get in easily. Marble floor bathrooms, large clean showers. "It was very close to a shopping center, street food, and the BTS station. The rooms were very clean, cleaned daily. The staff spoke English. They were open 24/7. Right next door to 7/11. Also, motorcycles and TukTuks were right outside. "

"We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!"
