"This was such a beautiful and well kept hotel. The amenities are great the only thing is I wish there was more INSIDE seating at the pool or an area for people to sit their belongings. Other than that, the room was clean and everything worked just fine. I even got to use a $15 credit at moxie that’s attached to the hotel. I definitely will be returning."

"The hotel is ideally situated for shopping. The lobby is nice. We had paid for a corner room, an upgrade from the basic. The first room had no heat or hot water. After our second call and a trip to the front desk, our room was changed. In this room, if the hot water was allowed to run for 10 minutes, you could get a warm shower. If you turned the water off you had to restart the process. We left the room at 8:00 one morning and returned at 5:00. The room had still not been cleaned. After...

"The rooms smelled horrible!! We had several friends staying and all complained of the same issue. Smelled of wet carpet and mildew."

"The hotel and rooms were clean and nice. The staff is friendly and attentive. I did not give 5 stars because the bathroom needs to have brighter lighting. There is one 12" LED light above the sink that is very dim. I couldn't imagine someone trying to put on makeup because it was so dark. And the water pressure in the shower was too low. It needs to be adjusted."

"Room didn’t look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. I assume it hadn’t been used in a while considering the accumulated dust. The bathroom shower curtain was not usable and it was tangled around the curtain rings, which were also loose and some broken. For a luxury rating, it didn’t feel luxurious at all"

"This hotel offered a convenient location, clean rooms and a standard stay for our visit to Dallas. There are minor issues that made me give a 4 instead of a 5 star review. In the shower cubicle, the conditioner and body wash was empty and they didn’t check or replenish it every day. The water pressure was on the low side and on the first day, they replaced the towels but didn’t make the beds. Otherwise, it was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay."

This went on most of the night. The night desk worker stays in the back most of the time. We will not be back!"
