"It would be nice to communicate somehow so guests can better prepare that the train is very loud multiple times a night. The location is great but this was a fairly terrible nights sleep with the train. "

"We had high hopes for this hotel based on previous experience with Valencia Hotels.. BUT- Monday night no working AC called the desk 3 times no answer, next morning get a call that they were trying to locate a leak making the ac not work like it should. We had to go buy a fan, room was so hot and humid that the carpet felt wet. They had construction on the 3rd floor. No biggie other than the fact there was “no room” to move us to. "There was minimal parking due to the construction going on which also meant checking in at the “Office” was in one of the rooms. Our room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts littered all around the parking area. The picture on the small TV was messed up, but still functioning. On a positive note, all of the sheets and towels smelled clean and the bed was comfortable. "

"The place is literally falling apart. The concrete roof above my head in one of the breezways literally crumbled less than a few seconds of me walking under it. I took a picture of the aftermath with the chuncks of concrete and rusted rebar on the floor. This place is the textbook definition of 'you get what you pay for'. At around $55 a night, it was bound to be in poor condition. "
