"Awesome Skihotel! Our stay was in fall, great for hiking at the high Tatra. The room (3 beds) was big & very comfortable. Bathroom a little bit tiny but nice. Great for a family stay. Sauna, hot tub, steambath, professional gym (a lot of weights, machines, heavy barbells), kids playroom, adult recreational room (pool billard, kicker table, table tennis...) Nice reastaurant, cool bar, very good breakfast. And there is aThermal Bath across the street."

"The check in process was wonderful. We received warm greetings from the front desk staff and it was helpful that she was proficient with speaking English. The thermal pools and the breakfast buffet were the best parts of our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again!"

"Hôtel charmant, en retrait du centre ville, calme appréciable, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain également, terrasse avec chaises et table pour la chambre, parking privé devant l'hôtel, très belle décoration pour la salle des petits déjeuners, coin salon pour boire son café ou autre. Personnel très accueillant, chaleureux, agréable, et conseils pour les activités. "

"Perfect property for visiting nearby ski slopes. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again if we come back to the area. Parking was busy directly outside property, but there were plenty of spaces in the main car park area. Communication was great before arrival and our questions were answered quickly."

"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. "This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the world. The staff do everything to provide a warm welcome. The facilities are stunning and the food and ambiance amazing! It’s a quick walk to everything and nestled in a beautiful and serene place. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the spa and fitness space remarkable! If there were more stars to give, I would! "Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice."

"I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled...
