"Awesome Skihotel! Our stay was in fall, great for hiking at the high Tatra. The room (3 beds) was big & very comfortable. Bathroom a little bit tiny but nice. Great for a family stay. Sauna, hot tub, steambath, professional gym (a lot of weights, machines, heavy barbells), kids playroom, adult recreational room (pool billard, kicker table, table tennis...) Nice reastaurant, cool bar, very good breakfast. And there is aThermal Bath across the street."

"The check in process was wonderful. We received warm greetings from the front desk staff and it was helpful that she was proficient with speaking English. The thermal pools and the breakfast buffet were the best parts of our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again!"

"Hôtel charmant, en retrait du centre ville, calme appréciable, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain également, terrasse avec chaises et table pour la chambre, parking privé devant l'hôtel, très belle décoration pour la salle des petits déjeuners, coin salon pour boire son café ou autre. "I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. "This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the world. The staff do everything to provide a warm welcome. The facilities are stunning and the food and ambiance amazing! "Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice."
