"Was greeted upon arrival with a cold towel and a drink. The staff was efficient in checking us in, took us to the room and helped deliver the luggage. (This facility only has stairs). Our room had an amazing view of Aranal Volcano (when it is not under the clouds). The Hot Springs are cleaned daily, which is AWESOME! Our stay was fabulous!"

"The staff, in particular leyling and Kendal, we so friendly and attentive and helpful. Our room was plenty big for the two of us. Happy hour at the restaurant was a draw.
