"I really liked Arwana and would stay here again. It’s literally right on the beach. The water is crystal clear and baby reef sharks swim around happily. Perhentian doesn’t have any roads so the hotel can arrange water taxis. We did the Redang island trip and the snorkelling trip, both arranged by Arwana and they were both excellent. Don’t go expecting a 5 star experience, but this hotel has a rustic charm, the room was nice and clean and the pool is a good size. It’s peaceful and exudes chilled...

"Très bon séjour dans l'hôtel, très belle petite plage en bas de l'hôtel, bon restaurant et breakfast. Je vous conseille les chambres quadruple , vous aurez un bungalow indépendantavec extérieur ,si vous prenez premium vous serez dans un bâtiment en béton avec moins de charme. Certes si vous désirez du standard européen en terme de nettoyage (salle de bain ) n'allez pas aux perhentian... Sauf peut-être le Marriott, mais pas le même budget.. Hôtel très agréable avec beaucoup de végétation et vue...

"I would say this was with the cost for sure, but you get what you pay for. There was no sink in the bathroom and the toilet sprayer kept falling off. So it was worth it for the price tag but certainly not anything fancy. "

"Finding a decent hotel in Kuala Terengganu can be challenging, but this property stands out for its strategic location in the heart of the city, conveniently connected to a shopping mall. The room was comfortable, though quite basic, and the breakfast was passable but not particularly memorable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added a pleasant touch to the stay. However, it feels like the overall quality of products and services in Terengganu has been declining, and the city itself seems to lack energy and vibrancy. There's potential here, but it could use a fresh spark to make the experience more enjoyable."
