Everything worked flawlessly (hot water, comfortable bed), and check-in was smooth with responsive, helpful staff. The setting is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like a true nature retreat.

"Gracious and attentive staff. Spacious two bedroom apartment. The only downside was I wish the water had bit a bit hotter. Excellent breakfast. Short walk to Unicentro mall. Very much looking forward to returning in the near future."
