"A beautiful hotel in an amazing place Loved our stay for one night before climbing Teide My only comment would be food Provision - the restaurant is beautiful but the menu is expensive and limited. There is a cafe bar but that stops serving food at 5pm Particularly for hikers more choice at a more reasonable price (or cafe open longer) would be great"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hard rock hotel. The facilities were excellent 3 very good pools with plenty of beds and music. The entertainment on the evening’s was very good but it only lasted an hour, and the drinks were very very expensive. The rooms were very modern and the cleaning was spotless, but we did have have a cockroach in our room on one occasion. That did not spoil our stay though because we were looked after very well by all the staff throughout our stay."

"Fantastic stay in the center of Santa Cruz. We were traveling with a 3 month old so the small kitchen was a great perk. The staff is very thoughtful and had the room prepared with a crib and baby chair. The rooms were airy and light. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Great hotel. Quite beyond our expectations. Highly recommend. Staff was absolutely amazing."

"Bon emplacement mais une insonorisation entre les étages non digne d’un 4 étoiles, réveillé tous les matins par les pas des voisins du dessus. Le ménage dans la chambre a été fait à la va vite certaines fois comme la photo le montre après le passage du service"
