This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. The food was amazing in particular the porridge at breakfast and the beef tenderloin. It didn’t feel mass produced like a few buffets do. The pool was great for my mum who had limited mobility and there were free floats. The heated pool is salt water and there is a non heated fresh water pool.We will definitely be coming back!

Another fantastic trip to This superb hotel. The place is absolutely fantastic with the most friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and food and drinks at the various bars. Can't wait to return. The experience at Tenerife airport security was uyterly terrible and I hope this can be improved as the hotels and guests deserve better.

Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. Bed was comfy Room appeared clean, but there were tiny bugs that were around the room in places. This hotel attracts a lot of older / retired people, and lots of different nationalities which I think affected the atmosphere as you never knew if someone would understand a polite ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’ The friendly, helpful staff were the best thing about this hotel
