Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! "Fue mi segunda vez en este hotel y todo el staff es demasiado amigable y servicial. De verdad que da un gusto ir a este hotel. Para costa adeje no me lo pensaría. Quizás no tiene las mejores opciones culinarias como otros hoteles con la misma categoría de 5 estrellas pero esta cerca de todo como para ir. "
