"It was an ok stay. There were things that we expected that we didn’t get. Felt nickel and dimed. You had to pay for the safe in your room. Deposit for pool towel and they charged to get a fresh one each day. One large bottle of water for the entire week would have expected one each day. Wifi was terrible. They allow smoking on balconies in a resort with no central air. We couldn’t have our patio door open due to your neighbour smoking "

"Enjoyed our stay at the Zentral Center. Stayed here now many times and find the staff very welcoming and friendly. The room we were given on the 7th floor had a good sized balcony.
