"Made a last minute decision to stay here. The room was roomy and clean. We took a “hike” to downtown Cambria. Enjoyed a drink and live music in the bar."

"This hotel is in a beautiful setting. The problem I had was that the room I booked was not available. It was explained to me that they overbooked. They would put us in a standard room and refund me $70. Unfortunately I still haven’t received the refund. Our standard room was clean and the front desk staff was polite and friendly. I wish we had a little more time to enjoy wine tasting and the pool."

"Check in staff were great. Check out staff need more training on how to respond to inquiries like how do I get to the parking garage. Confusing building layout with multiple elevators and no signage in the actual elevator as to push B for parking. A janitor and I managed to piece together a solution between my rusty Spanish and his desire to help me get to my car. Update the half sheet of instructions explaining breakfast pool and wifi with even 1 line on which elevator to take to get to your car."
