The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of three or four. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including udon and ramen. The staff were also very helpful. The hotel supports an online luggage delivery system where guests can complete the form in advance and simply provide a QR code at the counter. The staff can then print the shipping label within minutes, making the process much faster and more convenient than the traditional handwritten forms."

"The hotel is nicely located, close to major restaurants and activities but fairly close to the Fukuoka Canal City, where you can find the Red Light District style of businesses. The room and bathroom I stayed in were very small; I felt very cramped. Because of the small size, the room DOES NOT HAVE ANY CLOSETS. In fact, it is so small that you cannot walk around both sides of the bed. No place to open even a carry-on suitcase and very few hangers. The bathroom was clean, but there is no fan if you are going number two. Therefore, I had to do my business downstairs in the lobby bathroom before going to bed."

"The breakfast included some items that were already cooked, repetitive for a stay of several days. Overall, it was a mediocre meal. The hotel is stunning. The lobby is gorgeous, with wonderful artwork in various locations, including just off the elevators on the second floor, the lobby itself, and their club room. Speaking of which, nothing particularly special about the offerings in the club room. No service person on duty. Just help yourself to some wine and soft drinks. Our room there was spacious, well-appointed, and within an easy walk to Hakata train station."
