"Staff were courteous"

"Excellent"

"Staff are standout, nicer and more welcoming and professional than all the 5 stars I’ve stayed at."

"Clean rooms friendly staff"

"Room just kept smelling, construction work right outside the window day and night so we had not slept during our stay. Told them and answer was it’s not our building! The welding and burning smell was coming into room but they did nothing. Toilet was not flushing after one person had been and kept running, limescale in shower all over and rusty. No customer service at all. Took photos and videos and still waiting as want a full refund! Don’t book! We moved to another hotel"

"We had a lovely stay at BloomSuites Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us so well — we truly appreciated it and would happily stay again!"

"Rooms are too old..they need to do renovations."

"Everything was good. Just bathroom needs hand towels by default. Had to call someone for that."
