The check-in experience can vary wildly depending on who's "helping" you. I encountered a surly woman who made me feel like I was interrupting her actual job(?). Once we received our keys, the rest of our experience was exemplary."

"I would recommend this hotel. We had been traveling for 8 days up the New England coastline and was on our way back home at this point. We had stayed in a different hotel every night of our travels and this was a very nice and sweet hotel. I actually had never seen a Spark by Hilton before and I am a Silver Member of Hilton. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a very homey feel to it. It was very inviting and had a front porch persona. We got in late and left early so we didn't really use any amenities or get to see the neighborhood but it was easily accessible to the interstate and a very nice clean room that we felt comfortable staying and sleeping."
