"Purtroppo ho fatto una brutta esperienza. Nel prenotare mi è stato richiesto dal Vs. sito il pagamento anticipato di quanto previsto. Ho provveduto a tale pagamento e stampato la ricevuta. Al mio arrivo il proprietario ha detto che non ne sapeva nulla e non aveva ricevuto nessuna somma. Per ridsolvere il problema ci abbiamo impiegato 1 ora e poichè non sapevo dove andare sono stato costretto a pagare il supplemento di pulizia € 50,00 che non era segnalato da nessuna parte. "We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we had a wonderul room. However, the cleanliness in the dining room was rather poor. The tables never got cleaned properly. The crumbs were just brushed of the table so it was left very sticky. I always used alcohol hand gel during breakfast. The cudlery could have also been cleaner. Please provide more napkins or serviettes during dinner. Change the cerial or bread at breafast time occasionally. The evening dinner was always very delicious. A large variety...
