"Do not use this place, it's a scam to get the first nights payment from you. I came here for my father's funeral. I had no communication from owner. Managed to find the property despite it being wrong on the map from hotels.com. The gated security said my name was not on the list, tried to contact owner, wouldn't answer phone. Then had to find and pay for another hotel after landing from a 10hr flight. Thanks!"

Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All inclusive

2/10 Terrible

"i had a very negative experience my hot tub jets didn’t come on and the hot water in the shower didn’t work. overall the hotel is very outdated as well. when i told the front desk he laughed at me with no solution. staff was also very rude. i stayed at excellence for 4 days and here one, it was nowhere near comparable to a 5 star experience. would not recommend."

"The swim-up infinity pool for the suite was excellent. The view was INCREDIBLE. I would recommend the excellence upgrade too. The food was great. Room service was a little slow at times, but still wonderful. The beaches were clear. The excellence members beaches were worth the extra cost. The entertainment was fun and the staff were AMAZING! Highly recommend!"

"The Hotel itself was clean and well kept. Staff was mixed. Some friendly some had attitude. The biggest complaint was the food. Buffet doesnt change much. If you want something different you have to go to specialty restaurants. Activities for kids was a lacking too. My kids got bored after a few days. Not much to do for kids.kids club seemed to never be open. And slides got boring when having to do every day. It was a medium stay. Not bad but not great either. Wouldnt want to come back again."

"Stayed at Moon Palace Jamaica from May 29 to June 2 and had a great experience overall. The resort is beautiful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked daily with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I loved the pools and beach area, and the spa was definitely the highlight—an amazing experience! The resort is also very spacious, well maintained, and truly luxurious. The food at the buffet needs some improvement, and I didn’t understand why I needed to provide my room number each time I entered the buffet. The nightly entertainment could also use a bit more on some nights. I also didn’t love the membership sales pitch during the stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my trip and would definitely return!"

"This was my first time at couples tower isles but it certainly won’t be the last. From start to finish my stay was exceptional. The room was really nice, the staff was so hospitable, and the food was delicious at every single restaurant. There’s nothing I tried there that I didn’t like. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I can’t wait to go back."
