"The biggest con for this resort was the 1/2 mile walk from valet parking to our room. There’s a tram but you can walk faster than the tram. The coffee in the rooms was subpar so if you wanted a good cup, you had to go down and pay another $6-$8 bucks for just drip coffee. The dishwasher didn’t work for three days but housekeeping did help with that. If you don’t want to leave the resort, there’s a ton of amenities. Otherwise, it’s just too big. "Upon check-in I learned that booking through Expedia cancels any benefits of a Bonvoy member (breakfasts, upgrades, etc). The hotel was not very helpful and dismissed the issue, Expedia support was worthless and never responded. I would never use Expedia again for a Marriott, or other major brand, hotel reservation if you have earned status. "The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am.
