"Lovely room, cleaned daily. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Mostly quiet. Excellent views and near local shops, restaurants. Only issue we had was that there was 1 room key - this was difficult to manage as we were 3 groups of adults who didn't do everything together. 2 keys would have been ideal - a point for improvement. Overall a fantastic hotel"

"We had a great stay at My Beach Resort Phuket. It’s a smaller, unique hotel that feels very peaceful and relaxing. The service was excellent and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. The restaurant and breakfast were both very good, and everything felt easy and enjoyable during our stay. The massages right in front of the hotel were also a really nice touch and added to the overall relaxing vibe. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quieter stay in Phuket."

"Quiet, beachy vibe, staff was lovely, food was good, pool was nice, locals can pay a daily rate to visit but that was fun because my kids made friends. Bed set up was perfect for a family with 2-3 kids, everyone had their own bed. A solid hour from the airport but not inaccessible, 40 min into ChillVa market. "The hotel was OK. It's on a street that is full of bars, not many dining options. The restaurants that come up in search are all closed. Walk about 10 minutes and you can get to a couple of street stands. The room advertises microwave in-room, but there was none there. The service staff barged into the room to clean even though we have the Do Not Disturb sign on, we had to talk to them about that.
