"The location was beautiful, the rooms were perfect, but what made this resort so great was the service! When an electrical breaker malfunctioned in our room, Dream, Siam, and their manager, Yao, went above and beyond our expectations! They made sure that our stay was special. The breakfast buffet each morning was very nice. The fire show on the beach (free for guests) was awesome. And the onsite restaurant had a good variety of food, and it was nice to sit on the patio and watch the ocean waves. The next time we are in Thailand, this will be the place we stay!"

"Beautiful resort. If i could point a single thing missing. Just an ice bucket for the rooms, and you need to ask for a wash cloth, but... You have plenty of towels, clean and well kept rooms. They really take care of the guests above and beyond. They work real hard to ensure you are happy."

"The hotel was very unique! The staff were helpful, plenty of room to chill out and they had games. Room was very nice- it had a balcony and the bathroom was a decent size- it was also clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly which was great on the really hot nights, the only small issue is that the room are quite dark but other than that would stay here again!"

"Wonderful staff, excellent food, everything was perfect except the beach. We found the amount of trash disappointing and in total contrast to the rest of the resort. Obviously you can only keep up so much when things wash up every day but there was a fair amount of trash located along the edge/in the trees which the tide clearly does not reach."

"We had a great time during our stay at Vedranda resort. Personally for me, the staff stood out the most. They really do go above & beyond for you. It wouldn’t be fair to mention particular names as they were all great. Yes,I highly recommend this resort. What is there not to love, excellent food, stunning scenery, clean rooms & polite, kind, humble staff who actually want to talk to you with a smile. They all deserve a pay rise for their hard work. Best holiday ever, I was sad to leave. 😢 "

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Cruiser Island Resort is completely isolated, with no shops, no nearby amenities, and no real freedom. Once you’re there, you’re essentially trapped. The rooms were poorly maintained and not clean, and there isn’t even a microwave — which is unacceptable considering you have no alternative food options. You are forced to eat at the hotel restaurant, which has a very limited menu, little variety, and quickly becomes unbearable for a longer stay. The staff were rude and dismissive. When I raised concerns about the isolation and restrictions, I was literally told by staff that if I wasn’t happy, I could leave. That says everything about their attitude toward guests. What truly ruined the stay is the strict boat schedule. You can only leave the island at 10 AM and must be back by 5 PM, which completely limits your ability to explore or enjoy your holiday. It feels less like a resort and more like being on lockdown. After enduring this for five days, I cut my stay short and booked the remainder of my holiday at another hotel in Phuket — which was a massive relief and highlighted just how bad this place was by comparison. Overall, this resort is restrictive, uncomfortable, and depressing. It genuinely feels more like a prison than a holiday destination. I would strongly advise anyone to stay elsewhere."
