"The Air condition and Tv work, but no INTERNET/ 2 Queens size bed, of which one of the bed blocks the entrance to bathroom. Electric kettle with no set up for hot beverages. The refrigerator remained unplugged because there was nowhere to plug it. No electrical outlet in the bathroom and no shelves, table, chair, desk or storage space. There was a lot of uninvited guest and people sleeping in the sofa of the lobby."

"All 4 of us arrived Monday 16th March 2026 in the night and the heavy rain. Our room was pre booked via Expedia. Upon arrival we were told that we had no room and the room was occupied until the next day. This made no sense as we pre booked many weeks ago and received the booking confirmation. The hotel had already spoken to us weeks before our arrival and confirmed the booking. So we were so confused and disappointed that the hotel didn’t even understand what was happening to us was wrong and...

"Endroit fantastique, vraiment propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons été pris soin, très bonne nourriture, matelas et oreillers très confortables, salle de bain propre. Nous avons pris un shuttle pour se rendre et revenir au début du sentier de Blue Mountain. Dire que nous étions hébergé chez Jay nous a permis de se sentir en sécurité dans cet environnement retiré"

"The manager was kind enough to help us out when we had a problem with our car the day before we were due to book in and then let us leave our car there. She is also a very good cook plus the hotel is in a lovely setting so definitely recommended. "

"We had a three night stay here and it was magnificent! We had a quiet night just drinking a couple of beers on the master balcony. Damian was an attentive, host Excellent place to stay in Kingston!"

"Really enjoyed this cute property. Was looking for a nice safe accommodation for one night to be closer to airport and the price was right. The staff who greeted us was so delightful and fixed an issue right away. We were able to walk next door to grab coffee & breakfast so that was an added bonus for the value priced clean accommodations "

"the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view."

"The staff were great! Very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast every morning was good, the pool was clean. The location is central which is good but means lots of noise from traffic. The first two days of my stay there was sounds of construction outside my window until late evening. The rooms need a little updating, the walls could use fresh paint, no full length mirror in the room, no microwave, the kitchen looked dingy, didn’t even attempt to use. Overall it was good for a short stay"

"The breakfast was excellent. The view at the dining area was amazing. The grounds were well maintained. The hotel is under construction, and the accommodations are not quite up to par. The rooms are not complete and are poorly decorated. My overall experience was not the best."
