"The staff and the hotel is GREAT!!! The only complaint I have is the airconditioner NEEDS TO BE CLEANED WITH DISINFECTANT. many hotels don’t realize that when the smell of mold and mildew (common in tropics)is coming from the aircon that means the guests are breathing in mold and mildew spores which can make guests sick. I was put on antibiotics and was sick for a week. Highly recommend this happens or I will not be staying again. "

"This place was absolutely incredible. My feeling about a high level experience is the ability to anticipate and surprise guests in a good way. From the pick up to drop off, everything here was top notch. The facilities are great - we had two villas next to each other and our butler’s Ching and Angelo simply made ever detail perfect. When I come back to El Nido I will be back here asking for them again! "

"Rooms seams a lil old but they should've maintained it. AC doesn't work right on our first night. THEY NEED A BETTER BREAKFAST AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA. Great view! Laundry across the street. "

"The staff service is unquestionable. Everyone is friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean and pleasing to the eye. Staffs are very attentive to guests needs and can be messaged 24/7.The road going from and to the property is not the most pleasant but they provide 24/7 transport which really helps. The property is very quiet and relaxing. If you need a place to relax, unwind and just enjoy silence, I recommend this resort!"

"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room initially assigned to me the aircon wasn’t working properly. The maintenance crew arrived very quickly and assessed the issue. The management decided to change our room rather than us wait the two hours for repairs. We really appreciated their efforts to ensure our comfort. No issues with anything else"
