From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. "The people are so nice. So many friendly staff members. Good was great and changed items on the buffet every day. Spacious, clean, beautiful resort. Private snorkeling beach on the back of the island. 2 morning tours and 1 afternoon tour that will take you to most of the good stops of tours a, b, and c for free.
