"Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. "이틀치를 지불했는데 하룻밤만 자고 나왔습니다. 식당 조리사가 휴가라서 음식 제공이 전혀 안된다는 황당한 상황. 가져간 컵라면으로 저녁과 다음날 아침을 해결. 습도가 높은건 이해되나 bed sheet, towel 등 모두 축축해서 사용하기 어려울 정도. 방음이 전혀 안되어 옆방 손님의 얘기 소리 심지어 코고는 소리 까지...집사람은 한숨도 못잤다네요. 싼게 비지떡이란 말이 정확히 맞는 곳임. 안 자고 나온 하루치 숙박비가 전혀 아깝지 않네요."
