"I was cycling camping through Norway but hit a patch of terrible weather and found the nearest hotel and that turned out to be the marvelous Grand. Idk but something about this place is so compelling and downright charming. There are so many marvelous details and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel in Scandinavia. Meal choices were savoury anx seemed to be appealing to those around me. For me with Crohns, a little restrictive. I imagine in season would be broader selection, so understandable. "

"Great hotel to use for flying in and out of Oslo Torp. 5 minutes from buses to the airport and to Oslo. Great 3 bed room. Welcoming staff on reception - saw the same lady both times we stayed and she was friendly and informative- offering information about the evening meal and a menu in English. Really appreciated the meal options for the evening- freshly made and tasty. Great buffet breakfast with lots of options. Overall a great airport hotel. "
