Perfect stay

We stayed for 4 nights with another couple. We couldn’t fault this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The hotel was in a perfect location, the breakfast was amazing. Many thanks for a wonderful stay, we will definitely b back.

Great view & lovely service

Everything was great during our stay. The service was 11/10. It is though important to mention that they do not offer free parking, which is at leat 100,- per day more. The restaurant has an outstanding view and a really great breakfast.

Beautiful view without amenities and service

My girlfriend and I went for a romantic stay in a suite in beautiful Tjøme. Unfortunately the room and services didn't live up to normal standards. The room was cold when we arrived, about 15 degrees outside with heavy rain, and there was not coffee or tea available to warm us up despite renting the suite with a kitchen. There was such a strong smell of chlorine by the pool and sauna that it was unpleasant to stay for more than 10 minutes. Also no bathrobes or slippers were provided, not even for sale when I asked in the reception. The rooms were more like an apartment than an actual suite. Tjøme was absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit.

Rommet var lite, men rent og koselig. Personalet var tydelig veldig hyggelige og vi fikk utrolig bra service, til tross for at de tydelig var underbemannet, da de gikk i skytteltrafikk fra servere mat, rydde bord, stå i baren etc, De beklaget veldig at vi måtte vente litt med både og bestille mat og få kjøpt drinker i baren, og ga oss «plaster på såret» i form av ekstra service. Bare godord om de som jobbet der :) Frokosten var også veldig bra.

Vi har hatt fem fine døgn på havna hotell på Tjøme. Vi har bodd på hotellet flere ganger, men første gang så mange dager på rad. Hotellet er nyoppusset og rommene er delikate, håper til neste gang at uteplassen tilknyttet rommet kan bli litt mer skjermet. Vi er enige om at maten smakte ok, men har absolutt et forbedringspotensiale. Ønsker et bedre frokostutvalg og bedre råvarer. Det er en forventning om brød som ikke er prosessert og kjøpt fra butikk samt ønske om et bedre utvalg av grønnsaker til frokost, ikke kun tomat og agurk. Tenker at dere også kan forbedre juice alternativet til ikke kun det rimeligste alternativet, samt bedre utvalg av yoghurt f.eks. Vi spiste lunsj og middag hver dag på hotellet og maten er litt halvveis til såpass dyre priser. Det er en forventning om at et rekesmørbrød til 300 kroner ikke har reker fra leke, men hånpillede reker som dere ikke har. Det er også ønskelig at hamburgerbrød ikke er ultraprossesert butikkbrød, men mer hjemmelaget. I tillegg opplevde flere av oss å ikke bli ordentlig mette av middagsrettene. Når man bestiller en biff til 500 kroner, er det en forventning om at man ikke må bestille ekstra mat. Vi var fire familier som bodde sammen på hotellet og vi var alle enige om at dere har et forbedringspotensiale når det kommer til råvarer og mer hjemmelagd mat til den prisen. Utenom dette er servicen veldig bra og det er alltid hyggelig å være på besøk hos dere, takk for oss.

Veldig fint opphold på dette hyggelige hotellet med båthavn rett utenfor og egen koselig liten strand for kvelds og morgenbad. Fint å gå tur og sykle i nærmiljøet, se på båtene og nyte roen som dette stedet gav oss. Deilig frokost, gode senger og trivelig personell. Kommer gjerne tilbake
