"For the price, this had everything we wanted - access to a well equipped gym, sauna and steam room, king bed and decent breakfast. Staff weren’t overly helpful / customer service wasn’t great overall but in terms of facilities - the room was good, bed was comfy and the breakfast we added was good. Would definitely stay here again for a stop off if doing a long drive across the country again."

"Lovely accommodation above a local inn with very nice restaurant. Room was beautifully presented with both bath and shower room and bed was very comfortable. Food is served in a great restaurant, being part of the pub and clearly a favourite with locals. The menu was excellent with fish and meat courses and breakfast was equally as good. Very friendly staff, good food and wonderful room. The perfect combination! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. "

"Staff very good. Had to wait for breakfast. Was asked. Do we want any breakfast after we had ordered breakfast 15 minus earlier. Was still waiting for same order.. Good night sleep. Could do with firmer bed as it ws bit soft. Room Could do with coat of paint. Good food "

"Beware. The first photo paints a brighter picture than the reality, which is a courtyard at the back of a standard drinkers pub , which would never be described as warm and cosy. Despite the photo, the courtyard is full of wooden benches and a temporary structure for smokers. It's a simple bed and breakfast that is clean and if priced accordingly would be OK. Despite having to go through the pub the room was quiet. But it is not priced accordingly. I wouldn't recommend or stay again."

"Property was lovely and clean comfy beds., lovely bathroom. Plenty of plug sockets. I do think the property lacked coat hanging options as we were soaking wet when we arrived. The kettle would be better moved onto a small table as clothes were having over kettle /cups. Overall a good stay "
