"The apartment was perfect for our first night in Bologna. Checking in in the late evening wasn't a problem, and our host was super responsive to text. We never met anyone in person, but it was fine because we received quick and detailed responses to any questions we had. "One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the ā‚¬20 food and beverage credit that I assumed I could use for the breakfast buffet. You cannnot. You can use it at the restaurant and bar for lunch or dinner, but not the breakfast buffet. Expedia should have mentioned this. The hotel is old and the decor shows it. The rooms are dated but comfortable. Itā€™s in a good location but I honestly would not stay here again."
