Hot water went off one morning of the three we stayed so we were unable to shower, we had to boil the kettle and pour into the sink, mix with the cold water and have a strip wash to freshen up. We had to have the windows open too as the air-conditioning was only seasonal and they would not turn them on nor were we able to turn the radiators...

"The hotel is clean, modern and centrally located. The lobby is welcoming and staff friendly. We stayed in a superior room and the size was about average for a city hotel room in comparison to others we've stayed in. There was a hairdryer, soap, body wash, conditioner and shampoo in the bathroom - they offered other amenities (which we didn't ask for) but had to be requested. Our room overlooked the square/main road which wasn't loud in our experience as there wasn't much nightlife in the area...
