"This hotel is in a great location, breakfast was amazing and afternoon tea a lovely touch, however we had room 10 which was above reception and the hotel entrance so was quite noisy with people returning early hrs and delivery’s being dropped off some days before 6am, we did speak to reception but unfortunately they had no rooms free to move us, I would return to this hotel however I would request a room at the back. "Stayed here in Jun/July 2026. The room was excellent and exactly as advertised and clean. Even through there was a busy street outside our window the windows kept the noise out and we could sleep well. The hotel had a great location that made everything in Sevilla easily walkable. The staff was always around and available if I had questions, requests etc. They were very friendly and attentive. "Calm quiet family friendly"

"The hotel is in the old town so EVERYTHING is very convenient…..the taxi was unable to take us up to the front entrance but luckily our bags had wheels and we had a back pack as we were ok walk a few streets to the entrance. The staff are unbelievable…extremely professional and friendly and a very nice touch of refreshments hot and cold at reception available all day … the water with ice and orange slices cooled us from the 40c heat. The a/c worked very well and WOW what a breakfast selection...
