We stayed in a very clean, modern ground floor apartment . The location was quiet , whilst only being a very short walk both to the river and the centre . Communication with the company who rent them was excellent.

Great location for our family vacation! The property was in a very walkable area, close to the cultural sites, shopping and many restaurants. The hosts were excellent communicators. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property just minutes to the cathedral and Alcázar. The property manager Laura was very responsive and friendly. The WiFi was strong and the appliances all worked great. The bed could have been a bit firmer but it was very comfortable. All in al, we were very happy with our stay.

This is the best out of the 3 vacation rentals we stayed at during our trip to Spain (Madrid, Seville & Barcelona). It’s close to the old quarter of Seville but is away from the noisy traffics. The room is modern, very spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Washer/dryer are new and work very well. We wished to stay longer. Will definitely stay here if we visit Seville again. Thank you for hosting us.

Lovely spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment which contained everything we required for a comfortable stay. We found the property manager to be helpful providing recommendations for local restaurants, etc. The location was great as we could walk to most places we wanted to visit.

Clean and cozy apartment in Seville

Clean apartment with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for our family. There is a grocery store one block away so you can make your own meals in the kitchen. We loved interacting with our hosts who provided a lot of great local information and were always available. This was a welcome change after a week of being in hotels.

Nice large apartment well located with two bedrooms, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a decent kitchen. Clean, modern and very functional place. The only negative is the noise in the evening. We were there on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and Sevilla is quite animated until late on such evenings. Bringing earplugs, using the shutters which are very opaque, partying late with the locals and getting up late the next day is a solution. Otherwise the place is perfect.

Everything was perfect from booking, to checking in and our stay throughout. Couldn’t fault the team for their constant communication and thinking of everything that we would need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was beautiful inside, in an ideal location that was walkable to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was very helpful with local recommendations, booking a flamenco show, etc. and especially accommodating when we added an extra night at the last minute. We loved our time in Seville.

Lovely to have access to a washing machine after weeks of travelling. Kitchen had enough pots to cook and prepare food. We couldn’t find the English translations for using the microwave/ oven but worked out the washing machine. Staff that greeted us were very friendly. Good wi-fi. Clean comfortable bedding. The place was very clean and the management team onsite were very responsive. It was only the internet in the apartment which was very bad - either not working totally or extremely slow. Other than this, it was extremely wonderful to stay with HomingU.

Eleven Apartments are right in the middle of beautiful Sevilla, easy walking distance from everything you might want to visit. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities we needed - washer/dryer, full kitchen. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Entry to the building and apartment was easy, and felt very secure.

Centric location, easy access to public transportation and parking nearby . The apartment has everything you need to make your stay pleasant . Other complain about the sewer smell , in my opinion is not a building issue , it’s a city issue , all around the city center I perceived the smell . So I won’t blame the property.

The 3-bedroom apartment was large and spacious. It has all the amenities you need; plenty of towels, ironing board, coffee machine and more. The apartment was very clean though a few items in the bathroom were a little worn. The staff were always on hand when needed for questions on Whatsapp which was great. The location was great and 10-15 mins walk to most attractions, restaurants and bars. As we were on the ground floor, the only complaint would be the noise of other guests slamming the front door and hearing the footsteps of people in the above apartments. Other than this, it was a great stay.

the location is close to everything yet in a quite street, apartment is spacious, I have more space than I needed, love the decor and all the things that is provided so I can have a enjoyable vacation. I’m taking note of some of the design ideas, it’s the attention to detail that makes everything different. Some suggestions that the apartment could have been improved for a even better stay, the sensor faucet in the bathroom is quite difficult to use because dispenser time is short so you can’t finish washing your face without waving your hand like crazy. Could put a portable shelving unit under the bathroom sink, there is not enough storage space near the sink for skincare product or towel. In general, it’s been a lovely experience and I would recommend to others.

Wonderful Place!

We had a great experience here from start to end. The location as absolutely amazing and withing walking distance to preyyu much all good places. The window shutters give an excellent blackout to have a comfortable sleep. Owners are super friendly and helpful. The only minor issue what mattered to my wife was that there is no comfortable area for ladies to use as dressing table / mirror infront....Also, it would be a good idea if there is a "quick cleaning" service for guests who stay longer than "x" amout of days, just to give it a touch of luxury! But overall, it was excellent. We had a great sense of being at home and experience real life in Seville. We'd love to come back at some point. Thank you so much!
