"My friend accidentally left his small bag in the entryway and it was retrieved by housekeeping and turned in at the desk. It saved us a lot of distress and time in trying to track it down and replace items. Thank goodness for their professionalism!"

"I’ve never stayed at a best Western b4 the room itself was okay I was a little surprised that when I walked into the building the condition of the carpet for the amount of money being charged—the carpet was old stained and dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in several Customer visits. there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom drawers and leftover pet air completely unacceptable and unsanitary."
