"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is very close to the Cool Springs Galleria and many restaurants. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. My only complaint is the bathroom door is very close to the commode which doesn’t give you much room to get out of the bathroom. "

"For the price, complimentary hot breakfast, and convenient location, this was an excellent place to stay. The room does have the sink located in the main area rather than a fully enclosed bathroom, but it was still a pleasant experience overall—especially since it’s primarily a place to sleep. The staff was kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it!"

"The coffee station was well stocked but not kept warm throughout the day. The renovations were not intrusive but closed the gym. The television in the room randomly shut off a few times. Not sure why. Otherwise everything was as expected. The breakfast bar was always stocked with good and fresh food. All of the staff was nothing but friendly and courteous. "

"I guess the worst thing was we were on the second floor with no elevator and I have a bad leg. When we asked to be on the first floor, it wasn’t available. The room was clean. I didn’t really see the staff much. It was OK, but we won’t book there again. "

"Easy check in, rooms were immaculate with comfortable, clean beds, shower had great water pressure. We used this as a stop going and coming during our trip to the Gulf shores and would highly recommend. "

"Only negative was that the room next to us was under construction, so after we checked in late following a cheer competition, we woke up to loud music and construction happening to the room next to us. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean."
