We had an unsatisfactory stay at this Best Western. When we checked in the floor was very dirty (the soles of our feet turned black from the dirt!). We asked to have it cleaned the next day but it was still dirty after the cleaning.
The next day we didn't received room service despite requesting it, and when we asked for clean towels and the bins emptying around 5pm the gentleman on reception (Vishal) was very rude and unhelpful.
After emptying the bins and changing the towels ourselves and returning them to reception, he decided he didn't want them in reception and threw them at me, then chased me across the car park trying to give them back to me. He only stopped when I suggested filming his actions...
I was told I could complain to the manager the next morning but the manager was nowhere to be seen. I did speak to the lady on reception in the morning and asked the manager to get in touch but we never heard from anyone during the next 2 days of our stay.
The room itself would have been fine if it was cleaned and there was plenty of parking, but there's not really much to recommend this hotel in our experience.
There's also no elevator so bear this in mind if you struggle to carry luggage etc. up stairs to the second floor.
