"Amazingly safe, great location, clean, friendly and fast front desk and bellmen/doormen. Housekeeping was super fast and responsive. Greatest location for Theater District near tons of restaurants and close to both Upper West and Eastside and Central Park and most importantly the E and C subway lines. It's amazing!"

"The Staff was very friendly. We did not have a fridge in our room and asked front desk if they could keep an item we bought cold overnight until we left the next day. They told us they could bring a fridge to our room and within 30 minutes or less we had the fridge. Hotel was very clean and security was available to ensure all guest were safe. Loved the view from our room!"

"Great location, great style, super cool, but the bathroom is somewhat uncomfortable. Very little space to put your stuff."

"There was duct tape holding the bathroom vanity together and the towel hook in the bathroom was barely hanging on. E didn’t have any body wash on the first night."

"I loved that it was for the solo traveler. The reviews and pictures matched what was actually there. Nothing was a secret or surprise. The bed was comfy the room I do wish had a little more room to be able to move just a little bit easier like turning around and going back and forth. Overall if I know anyone solo traveling and staying in the bowery area I will recommend this place. Also the staff was beyond helpful and no question ever felt like it was a bother to them. They also had security over the weekend at night time which added to my comfort as wellcas statying on an all female floor. There is NO ELEVATOR -so be mindful. If you forget a blow dryer they have two downstairs with the extra showers and toilets. "

"Mold on bathroom grout, chipped paint and holes in woodwork. NO amenities at all, not even plastic cups. No ice bucket. For two, only receive 2 bath and l handtowel, no washcloths. AC in first room didn't work 1x2 foot hole in the drywall, and front desk very reluctant to give me a new room. Bed comfortable and nice shower. There is NO WAY this is a 4 star property, maybe 1.5 stars."
