"The location was great. In old town just a block of market square and it was quiet! Sparkling clean! And the reception desk was helpful The check in was the only thing that was not excellent. We had no instruction or codes. A person leaving let us in! We were then able to take the elevator to the second floor to get keys and codes Not a good check in experience! I would have given it overall a five star rating except for the check in"

"they offer apartments with service in a super nice area of the city, and you can get anywhere from there. The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in"

"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"Alloggio economico a poca distanza ddal centro. Zona sicurissima, come tutta cracovia devo ammettere. La struttura è davanti l'ICE, il bellissimo centro congressi. A poca distanza, sul rondò, molteplici fermate di tram e bus. Ma andare in centro a piedi è facile, dopo aver attravsersato il ponte già si è sotto al castello. la struttura è una chiatta, con diverse camerette da 4 letti (2 letti a castello) + bagno.
