An excellent hotel, conveniently situated just off the main square. The staff were very obliging and cheerful. Breakfast was excellent on all four mornings that we were there and the housekeeping staff deserve a special mention.

The hotel is immaculate and the staff were very helpful. The only negative to the hotel is the large floor-to-ceiling windows which the beds are placed next to. There is very little privacy and you can see into the room from different angles even when the blinds and curtains are closed.

Stayed for 2 nights. Got a room that only had a window to the hallway, no natural light. Definitely make sure to request a room with a window. Bathroom was not super clean with some smudges on the mirror and a piece of what looked like floss. Staff was super friendly, though.

This hotel has a perfect location in Old Town, the rooms were comfortable and modern, the amenities in the room were very nice including coffee, tea, iron and ironing board, all bathroom necessities except tissue, great lighting, comfortable bed and great shower. I did not interact with any staff. I would stay here again.

The hotel and room decor was really chic and modern. It feels expensive, comfortable and really clean. The staff were helpful and great location. Also very quiet room on the fifth floor where we could not heard a thing. Will definitely come back.

This hotel was FANTASTIC! Very central and superb location, the rooms were amazing, really thoughtfully decorated to a high standard. Clean, quiet and just fantastic. The air con was also really quiet (which is an extra bonus from my perspective!) would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to come back in return.

This hotel is in a good location close to the main square but with this comes the street noise at night. When the bars close at 2 am crowds come to street with loud noises heard in the hotel rooms. One unpleasant surprise was that our room did not have any windows which was not mentioned in the listing. After one night we changed room to another room, again with no window, but with a skylight. The amenities were a restaurant and a spa which were not useful to us. There is still an issue with charges, we asked to be charged at the local currency but charged in our origin currency which meant higher exchange rate by the hotel. We asked to reverse this but not sure yet if this is done. Rooms are good size and clean and the staff are polite.

Great central hotel. As hotel is very central, you will get street noise into the early hours and then deliveries and cleaning early morning. The positives outweigh this. Air conditioning not great, room a bit hot.

The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was very clean and comfortable and modern. The bathroom and shower were very luxurious We did not eat or drink at the hotel but that is only because we like to eat out in the many restaurants when on a city break and no reflection on the hotel at all

Very nice hotel, perfect location, literally two buildings away from main market square. A couple of things I didn’t like: Nightstands in our room were stylish but totally useless, you could barely fit a cell phone and a pair of glasses on the round top. The breakfast buffet was ok but a single girl servicing the large breakfast area was definitely not enough… she was working as fast as she could but it was just too much for a single person. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

From the moment I arrived and was welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, I felt transported to another era—one that reflects Kraków at its most refined and enchanting. The staff were gracious and attentive, even assisting with luggage up the short entry steps, setting the tone for truly exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was more spacious than expected and beautifully appointed, with crisp 100% cotton linens, plush down duvets and pillows, and thoughtful details that created a feeling of understated opulence.
