"The place looks the same as the photos. Clean and nicely renovated. Spacious and comfortable. The host is responsive and kind. The building has an elevator and it’s traditional style. There is extra charges for check in time after 8pm. It’s next to the train station so expect some noise to trade for the convenience."

"Would stay here again! The staff was great, very helpful. Its right by the tram, which made it really easy to get everywhere. If you prefer to walk, everything is about a 30 minute walk and less than 2KM. The accommodations were nice, clean, exactly as pictured. Building is quiet and very safe."

"La habitación estuvo excelente, al igual que la ducha, pero el agua caliente funciona regular, en un momento el agua quema y al siguiente se pone helada, deben mejorar eso. Respecto al desayuno hubo buena variedad, menos con los huevos, los 4 días solo huevos revueltos o duros, debería haber más variedad, por ejemplo fritos, ya que como en mi caso en lo que más me gusta del desayuno son los huevos."

"So the apartment was outstanding for the money, spacious, clean, comfy, great layout and facilities. HOWEVER breakfast was a total farce! You get a voucher to take to a local bakery that doesn’t speak a word of English and you have an awful selection of pastry options. Bakery is a block away. Worst thing was the final two days they refused to give us our breakfast via our vouchers and ruined the experience. Point blank refused for no reason we could understand. Really odd. Would definitely...

"Excellent location, security, staff and renovated, modern room. Really enjoyed my stay and the staff is really helpful and makes you feel welcomed. Short walk from train terminal makes it ideal for Florence visit by train."
