"Our suite was very roomy and comfortable. As expected in Europe elevators are old and very cozy but work fine. We were pretty central to get to see the Duomo and the rest of the city. Special thanks to Irina who was very attentive to ensure our stay way good. She is a very kind person who works very hard. Vera was also extremely helpful ensuring we had a taxi to get us to the train station on time thank you!!!"
