The Leonardo what’s great. Room was clean and has everything you need. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only problem is it is very close to the train station so while it’s nice that you can walk directly to your hotel after getting off the train, you also hear the trains run into night. Otherwise, overall, it was an excellent experience!

In general hotel is good. Location is perfect. Breakfast is good. We had only a couple problems. AC was not working. So we have to sleep with open window. As a result, we had mosquitoes. And noise from tramway. But it does not ruin our stay in Florence. Thank you.

Perfect location near the train station and a short walk to Duomo, Ufizzi Gallery etc. Staff is EXCELLENT!! Very friendly and accommodating.Modern room with everything needed for a short stay; shower was awesome.Parking onsite and outside of ZTL Zone.
