"Awesome property, great staff and roomy comfortable accommodations. Breakfast is awesome. On-site restaurant (Kerriges) is superb. Quiet location close to shopping, shows and the Underground. Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. "Upon getting off the elevator for the 4th floor where our room was, you could feel how warm it was. Entering our room was even worse. It felt like a sauna. We tried to turn the air on, and over an hour later it still felt just as warm. We tried to sleep but it was so warm we were sweating and our clothes were sticking to us. It felt so suffocating in our room that I had to go ask the front desk at almost midnight if there was anything they could do, hoping to be offered a different room where the air worked. We were instead offered a small fan to plug in that took almost 30 minutes to even be brought to us. It didn’t help at all and we were almost up all night not being able to sleep. We were told to ask for management for a refund the next morning, but they weren’t even there when we went to check out and were told we’d just get an email in regards to a 25% refund. 25%? Insane how they failed to even care enough to apologize, fix the issue, or at bare minimum offer a refund for the room considering we weren’t provided a room we could comfortably sleep in, when this is what hotels are supposed to be able to offer. Would not stay here again or recommend."

"If you just want a bed and hot shower this place will work for you, however, if you’re travelling with someone else then you had better be in intimate terms as the bathroom is separated by a glass (frosted) wall. The room felt ‘budget’ all be it designer budget, but lack of anywhere to sit other than a very low bed and cold concrete floor made it feel cold and uninviting. We missed the fact there was no tv so was a bit surprised. This place is great if you’re out late and crashing at the end of the day. Fab location with so much on the door step and very close to tube and buses."

"Well situated for central London, down a leafy street, and very close to the river and Tate Britain. The rooms aren’t huge, but extremely well thought through, so we felt we had plenty of space. Good air-con and shower. Breakfast was great, and the front desk was extremely helpful. Thank you"
