"A wow factor hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay of 6 nights at Bellustar. The view from the room was amazing and the room itself was large and tastefully decorated. Excellent bath. It has every amenity we could think of in the room. And yes the toilet door is clear but there is a dividing door that you can close when privacy is needed. The area is busy and bustling. Shinjuku is where the action is. Even on the 41st floor we could hear the trains and sirens at night but we didn't mind as...

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

The hotel is in a perfect area to enjoy shinjuku and has access to food and subway stations within 3 minutes. The breakfast in the morning is great as well. I recommend the suite rooms as there is plenty of space to enjoy and lots of little things that make a difference. Book this hotel and you will be happy.
