"Very nice and helpful staff. The location is great, making it very walkable to great restaurants my only real complaint is they only have one pool for the whole hotel which makes it very crowded. Also the hot tubs were closed more than they were open. There is a very small amount of common space to enjoy on the property. "

"Check in process is literally smooth quick and what I prefer which is arrive at the property and simply walk into my room by a provided code that was all sent to me shortly after booking. These are individually owned condo units and each one is very different. I got the Luck of the draw and booked a unit that was not just on a high floor but it was a corner unit so views of diamond head and out towards the ocean over Waikiki beach area. The kitchen is full size with most of every kitchenware...

"The room was clean and modern and new. It did not have a desk but housekeeping brought one in for me. I liked how this was not a gargantuan property like some of the others and it was easy to get in and out. However, the pool was small, up on the roof, no bar, not where I wanted to be. Also, there is no bar in the hotel. There is a very high end restaurant but odd food selection and it was hard to purchase a glass of wine and since they are not officially "affiliated" with the hotel you...

"The hotel was centrally located and the rooms, surroundings, pools and staff were excellent. The restaurant prices were reasonable, and the food was great at lunch dinner. I liked the easy access to the beach and the shopping malls and restaurants. I'm definitely booking another trip and will advise my friends to stay at the hotel. Great vacation even though the storm was intense in and around Hawaii."

"This "hotel" is completely unacceptable, first and foremost because there was no smoke alarm in the room, only the base attached to the wall where the smoke alarm had been. There were some workmen on the property, I spoke to them then waited 2.5 hours, no smoke alarm. There was also a used razor blade on the shower floor and hair all over the place, but that was not a hazard to life like the lack of a smoke alarm in an old wooden hotel undergoing renovation. "We stayed here for the first time and, other than not having a restaurant, it was pleasant. The location is very good and central to diners, coffee, shopping, and walking distance to the beach. Big thx to the cleaning crew too. We stayed for our son’s wedding and it was a short drive to the venue. Mahalo "

"Good food in the restaurant. Fun crafts to do daily. Nice welcome basket. Nice location, convenient to all. Extra resort fees added onto stay and dining which was unexpected. Fast responsive and kind staff. Hakim in event reservations was the BEST, and Daniel behind the bar. Wonderful staff, just didn’t like the unexpected up charge for being at a “resort”. Not a resort. "Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views. The staff was efficient and attentive. We were able to check in early and they upgraded our room to a balcony. Room was spacious, bed was decent. Pillows could have been better but they weren’t terrible. It’s definitely an older historic property but very well maintained and clean. "
