"The best part of this property was the staff and the comfort of the bed. I am very picky about what I sleep on and this bed was a ten! Staff could not have been more accomodating or helpful. Dom at the front desk made me feel right at home and he was very attentive. He always remembered me by name. This is by far one of the best hotels I have been in. The only down side was the coffee bar. Very slow and even if you called ahead, you waited in line like you never ordered ahead. "

"It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. "This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful! The owners provide a simple but filling breakfast and a coffee station and fridge near the sleeping quarters. All staff were welcoming and receptive to questions. If you’re looking for accommodation away from the Waikiki area, or near UH, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again! "
