"This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. "Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"Very pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations. My only complaint, not complaint, is that I was next to a family with small kids. Kids will be kids which is not the problem, but you could hear everything to the point in which it felt like they were in your loft. Either than that, I loved it and will definitely book again."
