"Our stay at the Eurostars in Baixa was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING; after a long day I really looked forward to the luxurious shower experience! The location was convenient, and staff were friendly (we appreciated the surprise delivery of pastries our first night). Breakfast was a beautiful spread of wonderful food. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"This is a great apartment hotel. Nice location, close to shopping and dining restaurants. Reasonable price with clean and newly renovated rooms. Most importantly the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped with kitchen and laundry and also including free breakfast. Highly recommend!!"

"What’s not to love? This wonderful hotel is inside the castle walls! The service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent. We were offered the breakfast upon arrival and our bags were waiting in our room once we returned from a full day of sightseeing. My only regret is not booking another night. Only a taxi can provide door to door service, so if you have heavy luggage, arrange for their efficient pick up or get a taxi. It’s a steep climb up! Highly recommend! "

"A treasure of a sweet hotel in the old town of Alfama . Stellar front desk staff for hospitality. One of the gentleman even came outside and carried my suitcase in. The manager was lovely as well ensuring we got an early check in. Beautiful breakfast and outdoor patio. Enjoyed the free walking tour they provided of the neighborhood. The room was clean and great bathroom. They even have a small outdoor pool."
