"Comfortable room size, bed and bath. Helpful, polite staff. Clean and modern design. A little out of the high-end areas but always felt safe and relatively quiet though you do hear a slight rumble from the trolley. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. "

They made sure I always had full water in our room and gave us access to other drinks within our room. Was able to walk to shopping dining end of the party I was invited to."

"The location and the room were excellent. Very walkable to Alfama and other tourist sites. The room was small but had ample storage and was very modern. Interactions with the staff were very pleasant and helpful. If you are using Uber/Bolt for pickup or drop-off, they prefer to do so a block away because of the pedestrian traffic and trolley, so be prepared for that; it is less than a block to the pickup spot."

"This hotel was in a very good location for sightseeing Lisbon. The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, directions for sightseeing, Metro access, and an excellent breakfast was provided. The rooms were large, and clean, the beds were comfortable, and cookies and fruit were provided in the afternoon."

"Arrived early and no issue checking in. Room was very clean, but not large. The bathroom was large and clean. Breakfast area is small but ok, the breakfast buffet was very good, if you want eggs of various types just ask the staff. The area around the hotel is very central but some undesirable characters around and you need to keep your wits about you in that area. I would use this hotel again"

"We had a great stay overall. The beds were extremely comfortable, and having AC in the rooms made a big difference for a restful night’s sleep. The space itself is beautifully designed, and we really appreciated how the units are set up with enough separation to provide a sense of privacy. Check-in was smooth, with clear and thorough instructions that made everything easy from the start. One thing to note is that the showers are on the smaller side, which might feel a bit tight if you’re taller...

"Everything about this was great except laundry machines take about 4 hours. Weird but true. Location is amazing, staff are fabulous, room 22 is huge (great for group) and so clean and airy. Loved it!!"

"Check in for the apartment was at The Lisbon Wine Hotel next door. We were able to leave our luggage until we could gain access as we had arrived early. Staff at the hotel (both reception and bar staff) were really friendly and helpful and we were even offered a complimentary check-in wine/beer which was a lovely touch. "Room was ok but certainly not 2 or 3 stars. The worst was the fact there was no front door to the hotel. Customers had to get dropped up around the corner and walk to the hotel themselves. Certainly a pain if you have to watch for an Uber or carry a lot of luggage. And … they don’t tell you this up front. Our first Uber driver told us that the restaurant in the front street was the hotel."
