"I most start by saying that the location of this hotel is perfect. The crow you find is very nice and educated , which important for my family and I. Now I like to express my discomfort. When I arrived on Friday night , the front desk agent gave us a king sides bed, I had made reservations for multiple beds. "The bed was so comfortable. I have back issues and a bad mattress hurts. It was great. Breakfast was not as good as we expected. Eggs were always cold, the waffles were hard. The only reason I gave a low star on staff is for 2 nights during our stay there were kids running up and down the hall banging on walls. On the paperwork from check in it says 9pm-8am quiet hours. I get kids needing to let off steam. But by 11:30 it was too much. So we called down, and again after midnight. Nothing was...

"Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here"

"Rooms had strong smells of smoking and bleach. Breakfast has limited options: just doughnuts and bagels and coffee."

"The towels were scratchy, and we saw some small ants between our beds on the end tables (rm 430). Other than that it was a nice place to stay. I think the food could be better arranged because I had to ask people to move that were waiting for the waffles so that I could get to the oatmeal. There were a lot of people at breakfast around 7am and no one cleaned the tables before the next group sat down."
