Hotel Dekat TeamSport Harlow

"The hotel part is at the back of the Pub so very quiet. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Nice to stay somewhere where the decor was different to the standard hotel. We stayed there two nights and all meals were very good and served really hot. It was also nice to have the choice of different options for breakfast. The bar and restaurant are separate and really clean and nicely furnished. We have stayed in several hotels in this area during the past year and the Green Man is...

"in Harlow town park.BUT Needs major upgrade. It isn't a hotel it's a grubby hostel with a nasty toilet and shower separate from the room. The stained shower looks like a refugee from the 1960s It's a very sad place to be. The mattress was terrible, extremely uncomfortable so I didn't get much sleep due to the pain generated by laying on it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"I stayed here twice this last month. The first time was fine, the only thing is you have to tell the reception each day if you want your room cleaned or towels replaced. The second time I booked my room around 8pm for check-in the same day. I somehow booked the following weekend (my bad). I turned up at the hotel less than 4 hours later and found out my error. However, the hotel refused to refund my payment despite recognizing my obvious mistake and me paying again for another room with the...

"pas ouf le personnel et pas propre la chambre, ça craint"

"Great property, location and communication "

"The hotel is in horrible conditions, the room was dirty, spots on the carpet and arm chair , old rusty handles in the bathroom , my dog has stayed in better kennels!! 😩"

"A very comfortable country pub, with great food, top chef and well kept beer. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. My room was a tad small and basic but the bathroom was modern and hey this is a 16th century building and I enjoyed my stay."

"Spacious room (twin). Very comfortable beds. Good choice at breakfast, replenished constantly."

"Very well renovated room in lovely grounds. Good breakfast, friendly staff, would stay again 😀 "

"No air-conditioning. (Just in case you need it.) A fan was supplied in the room and like the room could do with a good clean. Dresser glass top you could see the dust laying on top. Chair provided also had food remains, hair and dust from previous guests. Bed matress should have been retired many ,many guests ago. Springs digging in and undulating as lay. Bathroom was comparatively clean but also like the rest of the room very tired in appearance. Car park can be a little cramped, and can make...

"No complaints. I had to check out very early at 4am and the older gentleman even came out to open the gate for me. Superb staff"

"Very nice and clean spacious bedroom bathroom is amazing food 10/10 quite off grid amazing staff very attentive room service spot-on very nice place to enjoy weekend get away or family holiday would recommend every time"

"It has to be said that the house and grounds are superb and Met my desire to have my friend wake up on her 80th birthday in palatial surroundings. However I have just been informed at the end of breakfast that it is not included in my Expedia booking! There is no warning of that whatsoever and I think that it is deceitful and deceptive. "

"We really like staying at the Feathers we have stayed here a number of times. There is everything you need. The rooms are comfortable with a lovely selection of teas, coffee, biscuits with the option of collecting fresh milk from the bar. There is an iron in the room. The bar & restaurant are good with good selection of cocktails & wine. The staff are friendly & helpful The location is good for visiting family in Hertford and travelling to London via the A10. Good value for money too"
