"The room we had was very clean and well equipped. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Our room also had a view of mount Fuji, which was an added bonus. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and kindly organised our taxi to the airport. The only negative is the restaurant is Italian rather than traditional Japanese and although the bar staff were very good, despite being given a plastic tumbler for my drink rather than glass, I was not allowed to take my drink onto...

"Incredibly convenient location. The hotel is attached to a mall and train station. Cosmo world is across the street and a multi-story onsen is a 4-min walk away. The rooms are very spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I 10/10 recommend this hotel. The price point was also fantastic for what you get. "

"Great place to stay incredible quality and staff. Location is great about 4 minute walk from Yokohama station. Only downside is a bit confusing getting to. It is inside a shopping mall and you have to go to 4th floor. This also becomes annoying when coming to and from hotel as you need to navigate back to 4th floor then use the hotel elevators to your room. If they could add more direct access would benefit them"

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"The hotel itself is very nice. Expedia and the hotel are not in agreement about room sizes, though. When I arrived, they told me 2 adults and 1 child couldn't share the room that I booked with those specifications through Expedia and they tried charging us to upgrade to a bigger room.
